Take a look at Kelly Thomas after the Fullerton California Police Department got through with him! Take a good LONG look! This is what is being done in OUR name! This young man was beaten to death by Officer Jay Cicinelli, Officer Kenton Hampton, Officer James Blatney, Officer Joe Wolfe, Officer Manny Ramos, and an unknown Sergeant who was called to the scene because of the TASER being used.

As far as who did the worse to Kelly Thomas, witnesses at the scene, and an anonymous source from inside Fullerton Law Enforcement points to Officer Jay Cicinelli who allegedly bragged about his involvement, and was observed bashing Thomas on the forehead with the but of his TASER, and knee-dropping him across the throat.

All this was done in plain view of a bubble style video camera operated by Fullerton Law Enforcement! Already The Local District Attorney has stated that it didn't appear that Fullerton's Finest "deliberately" beat Thomas to death, offered his father a $900,00.00 settlement, which Thomas's father, (a retired Fullerton Police Officer) has handily refused, and refused to release the video lest it "Taint the jury pool"!

The citizens of Fullerton have risen to the call, and have taken to the street in droves! The local Chief of Police, has headed to the hills, and the Local District Attorney seems to be ready top follow him at any time!

In the mean time, the National Media has made scarcely a murmur, and You Tube seems to be the best outlet for news on this story!

I will put up more as I find it, but right now Fullerton is keeping a VERY tight lid on this can of snakes!

The Horrific Thud of a Crashing Elephant

Yea, yea, I know! It's been a LONG time! But since my last post, but "busy" is hardly a strong enough term to describe what I have been!! I have replaced the floors in my bedroom and bathroom, replaced bad floor joists, re-plumbed the bathroom, rewired the bathroom, rewired the bedroom, rebuilt a bathroom wall, replaced toilet, sink and tub , hung, and stained wall panels in bedroom, painted the bathroom, hung, and made appliance for the hanging of folksy, whimsical, bullshit knickknacks, such as my wife requires in her bathroom! All of this while fighting off the tenth case of Swine Flu in Henderson county, partially sawing my left hand off, and spreading blood, and contagion at the local hospital, which by the size of the bill I got, they seem to think I bought!!

Speaking of health care in this country, I can't seem to escape the Radical Right Wing smear campaign that seems to be echoing out of the Republican Party, who seems to have abandoned all pretense of relevance and pretty much admitted to the country that they are in the business of destroying any sort of health care reform whatsoever, and even several Democrats seem to want to help them do it, including the senator from my home district in North Carolina ,Heath Schuler.

Now I'm aware that Mark Twain, in his book "Puddin' Head Wilson" said that there are three kinds of lies, and they are Lies, Damned Lies, and Statistics, and polls are a form of the latter, but in poll after poll, the public option has the support of at least two thirds of The American people, and the Democrats were elected to bring it about! Unfortunatley the insuarance lobby has spent their money well, and in a perfect example of lobbyist money working against the needs, and wishes of the American Public,. the public option is being fought by the very Democrats that were elected to bring it about!

From the right side of the aisle, we hear the same old litany of visionless tripe, lies, and baseless attacks against the President we've all come to expect. Having nothing to offer to The American People, all they seem to be able to do is attack any, and all who do.

Now don't get me wrong. I don't hate the Republican Party. I'm a centrist who enthusiastically supports, and practices my Second Amendment Rights. But right now, I see nothing and I mean NOTHING of any relevance from the Republican Party!

For a perfect example, let's take a look at sudden support of Medicare this week, and ponder how very different it is from their position on Medicare last week! I have a copy of a record album, (Remember record albums? They were played on a thing called a "Phonograph"), that was released by Ronald Reagan saying the same thing about Medicare that the Republican Party is saying about heath care reform right now! The date of the back says 1961! Now the Republicans are going to save it? BULLSHIT!!!!!

I will be going into this subject at some length in a later post, but right now I'm in the middle of researching, so I'll say so long for now, and it won't be for long!

Foul Financial Fuck-Ups, and the Felonious Fuck-Sticks That Fabricate Them

Well good readers, I've been out of the fray for a while. I swore after the last post, I would NOT write another one, until a month after the new President was sworn in. That would give me time to see what manner of madness we would be dealing with for the next four years.

Fortunately we now have President Obama, and on this, the day after his first two months on the job, and except for that gaff on Leno, I like what I'm seeing, so far. That may change at any given time, but so far so good!

As many of you are doubtlessly aware... (Alright, as ALL OF US ARE AWARE!), most of the largest financial institutions in this country are circling the drain on their merry way to oblivion! All of their overindulged, overpaid, and under qualified bigwig CEOs, and Wall Street lackeys shrieking in protest!

The Republicans are all lined up with tear-stained eyes to blame it all on those dirty-bad-nasty Liberals and their godless ways! BULLSHIT!!!!!!! I lay this squarely on the head of none other than Phill Gramm himself! Sponsor, and coauthor of "The Gramm, Leach, Bliley Act of 1999"!

Ah yes! Let's talk about that weaselly little piece of larceny, along with it's partner in crime "The Commodities Futures Modernization Act of 2000"! Look these two pieces of legislature up! Use Google, use Ask, use whatever! Take your time! I'll just sit here and wait!

Sen. Phil Gramm, chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, made the following opening statement today at the conference mark-up of Financial Services Modernization:

"America has been waiting 50 years for this bill, so I am going to be brief.

"Anyone who looks at the chairmen's mark will immediately see two things. One, there was a conscious effort not to go outside the scope of this conference. We thought it was important to have a bill that would stay inside the scope of the conference. I think members will find that, except for a few provisions related to the Federal Home Loan Bank System, where the provisions of this bill would dramatically change the operation of the Federal Home Loan Bank System. We did take a few steps to reign in the Federal Housing Finance Board in terms of actions they are taking that are opposed by the Treasury and where there is strong bi-partisan concern.

"Other than that, I am not aware of any major, or really any minor, provision outside the scope of the two bills. I think all of us recognize that if you want a bill, it means compromise. As Chairman Bliley said the other day when we presented the chairmen's mark, nobody ever gets all of what they want. You end up with compromise.

"I think again if people will look at the bill, they will see that there is a good faith effort in the bill to reach a compromise on numerous issues. There clearly was a compromise on CRA. Secretary Summers has said, and I quote, ‘The President will only support financial modernization that maintains the relevance of CRA. He will not permit it to be scaled back.' I would submit that anyone who reads the provisions of this bill will see that in fact the bill does meet that test. We have left a very tough issue, the unitary thrift issue, to be settled as a jump ball, but with the agreement, at least on the part of the three chairmen, that whatever happens on that issue, we are going to move ahead and pass this bill.

"I think that this is a bill, a mark-up document, where the more you look at it, the more knowledgeable you are about its content, and the content of current law, the better it is going to look.

"I want to thank Chairman Bliley, and I want to thank Chairman Leach. This has been a very difficult task but to do this work, it is worthy of our best efforts, and I think we have given our best efforts to it. Of course the Glass-Steagall Act prevented savings banks, investment banks, and insurance companies from growing into the monstrous, all absorbing entities that, Citigroup, Bear Stearns, and Bank of America turned into! It would not allow them to grow large enough to rip up the rule book, hold the entire country hostage, and write their own law! Big Finance had to get rid of it!

Also in the 1999 slaughter of nearly all the regulation standing between Big Finance, and whatever acts of thievery in it's hearts' desired, was the obvious pulling of any teeth, and the funding, that any regulatory entity had! Felonious Phill, and His Gang, put the cops on horses, and the robbers on Harleys! Fifty years of common sense regulation! Gone! In the stroke of a pen!

Oh, I don't even attempt to say their weren't a few Democrat's hands involved! And from the start, they, and their fellow Republican lackeys, did their deeds in darkness, and made no secret of the fact! Thus giving Felonious Phill the cover he needed to pronounce the old mantras of "Bipartisan support" as to the reason they kept such a VERY tight lid on this turd! It's pretty damned obvious, this bill was written to set the weasels lose in the hen house, and seat the fox to watch the flock! And let us not forget that old "Blow-Job Bill" signed both of these turds into law, even though the Commodities Futures Act was neatly buried in a 1100 page budget bill.

Ah, and wasn't there rare rejoicing in Dittohead Punditland! Boss Rush worked The Forbidden Chemistry on his stash of Oxycontin tablets, and made most merry with the results! Tucker Carlson acted on all the evil thoughts, he'd ever had concerning his bow tie, and Glenn Beck danced with a brisk step in his Secret Mormon Underwear! Everything standing between the fleecing of The American People, and the wool baskets was gone! The sheep were ripe, the shears were sharp, and hands were strong and willing!

Now, came the grandest piece of thievery imaginable! A series of acts so grim in their scope, and blatant in their larceny, it boggles my jaded mind as to how they got away with it as long as they did! Banks wrote sub prime, and NINJA loans (No Income No Job Access), to anyone who could sign their name! NO oversight! NO credit ratings examinations! Mortgages were written by unregulated agents, who were paid by the note! They had their own private regulators, (who were on their pay roll), rubber stamp these loans as AAA, and sold them as Mortgaged Backed Securities,(MBS) with high yields to both a domestic and international market! Even though, in real terms, they weren't worth the paper they were written on!

One of the over-the-counter derivatives, also deregulated in 2000 was the Credit Default Swap in which companies like AIG guaranteed the buyer of a MBS that for a premium AIG would guarantee the over-rated, and under-secured mortgages, against any potential losses in the case of default. These securities themselves were bought and sold at increasing profit margins. This became the fastest growing market and today amount to almost 60 trillion dollars of global debt! SIXTY TRILLION DOLLARS TRACED BACK DIRECTLY TO REPUBLICAN SPONSORED DEREGULATION

Everything was just wonderful! Everything was just fucking dandy! Until August of 2007, when the housing bubble, (Which had been steadily fed by building starts, artificially supported by the buck-wild mortgage market), collapsed on top of them! Then, the sudden rush of defaults, and the resulting foreclosures exposed the whole sad affair! Bank-Supported Insurance Giants like AIG who had been writing loss prevention policies on just plain out bad loans, wound up with forty dollars of debt for every dollar of assets! Then, ( just like when The Garn-St. Germain Depository Institutions Act of 1982 sank the Savings and Loans in the 90's), a glut of bad debt crushed the the entire financial industry! But now instead of just a few savings and loans, it was a huge chunk of the Global Economy which has suddenly become worthless at best, or turned into a giant sucking black hole, engulfing any, and, all money at worse!

Now, people, I want you to go to the library, and dig in the dusty tomes for anything about The Great Depression, and what steps were taken by The Hoover Administration, and The Roosevelt administration! Get yourself educated on the matter! We're living it again! Look at what worked, and look at what didn't! You'll come to the same conclusions that I did! President Obama is doing what needs to be done! I don't like it, and you shouldn't either, but its the only thing that will work at this stage in the game! We've got to pump money into the patients while we stop the bleeding! We've got one shot at this thing, and even if everything works out, we'll be paying the price for this for a long time to come!

Or we can take the Hoover Administration's way, and watch The Big Money sit on their asses, and count their bonus money! Oh! And they will get their bonus money7! That tax law that went through The Legislature like shit through a goose, is unconstitutional on at least two major points, AND THEY KNOW IT!! Big money plays, and the poor man pays! That's the free market system under Republican control!

It is the very Republicans, now howling about "Socialism" that caused the nightmare that we are living in now! The very ones screaming for MORE deregulation are the very ones that caused this whole sad scenario in the first place! The Few..The Loud..The Republicans!

There's a damned good reason for the dumbing down of America! There's a damned good reason for Republican-led opposition to any increase in educational funding! The Big Money wants the American People just smart enough to do the grunt work, and just dumb enough to buy their line of shit!

Numb, dumb, and hungry for more! That's what they're looking for in an American!

Well, We, the People woke up in 2008! I'm praying The Republicans won't sing us to sleep again!

Sarah Palin, and Her Adventures in Anti-America Land

I've been trying to write a post on Sarah Palin, but every time I find something, I find something three times worse! But when I found out about "The First Dude" being a member of the Anti-American "Alaska Independence Party", I thought "NAWWW! Must be some kind of joke" Well guess what what! It's not a fucking joke!!!

Oh the incredible GALL of this corn fed bitch with the voice that could be used as an instrument of torture! Oh! I'm sorry ladies! Did I call her a bitch! Allow me to apologize! I shouldn't call her a bitch! TO DO SO IS TO UNFAIRLY SLANDER BITCHES!!!!!

This vile harpy in the High end wardrobe would stand in front of an audience of the hoplessly deluded "Sheople" that make up her base, and call William Aires a terrorist, and "Anti American" for doing what the Radical Right Wing are in favor of doing to abortion clinics, yet you, not only "pal around" with a man, who up until recently was a member of "Alaska Independence Party", you actually married him, and had him father your oddly-named progeny!

An organization founded by one Joe Vogler who was so anti-American, he actually once said "The fires of hell are frozen glaciers compared to my hatred for the American government." He cursed the flag of the country that Ms. Palin would serve as Vice President, promising, "I won't be buried under their damned flag. I'll be buried in Dawson. When Alaska is an independent nation, they can bring my bones home."! DAMN!!! Sounds pretty hard core to me!!!

The intrepid Mr. Vogler was murdered in 1993 by one Manfried West who snuffed the intrepid Mr. Vogler while in the middle of a misguided attempt to transfer ownership of some illegal plastic explosives(!!!!!) The REAL kicker to the demise of this darling of the Radical Right Wing of Alaska, is that his demise occurred a mere matter of weeks before he was to address The United Nations on matters concerning the secession of Alaska from the United States! An address that was sponsored by... (wait for it!)... IRAN!!!!!!!

A mere year from the discovery of Vogler's freshly frozen corpse in a gravel pit in Fairbanks, "The Fist Dude" joined up with the AIP, and so did Governor Palin! Attending the AIP 2000 convention, and giving the keynote speech at their 2006 convention! She even recorded a greeting for this years convention! This is something that didn't happen when she was eight years old but is happening right now! She talks about bombings, yet what exactly was Vogler going to do with those plastic explosives? I'm pretty sure it wasn't for a fourth of July celebration!

So Governor Palin is paling around with these characters, yet she refuses to call abortion clinic bombers "terrorists"! People who kill police officers, are not terrorists? WELL! WHAT THE FUCK ARE THEY THEN!!!!!!

When it comes to "Paling around with terrorists" Ms Palin has much to answer for! And it's time she started getting asked the questions! Here this Volger character is linked to the country of Iran, and trying to score plastic explosives! Granted he's a dead now, but Ms. Palin, and her husband have no qualms about being CURRENTLY active in an organization he founded, and giving support to his followers! Repeatedly, we hear your pundits tossing out your grand adventures in the infamous "Hanoi Hilton". We have heard many times your," support for the troops". Time, and yet time again we are appraised of your wondrous patriotism. Tell me sir, did you think we would never find out? Did you think we were that stupid or that lazy?

YOU, sir are not WORTHY of the respect being doled out on your lying, traitorous ass! Did you think, sir that we would not research? Did you think sir that we would not do due diligence in the search for the truth? Did you, sir think that we would be somehow intimidated by your yapping dog reactionary tactics, and your unending endeavors to go to any lengths to stand between the people, and the truth? HOW FUCKING DARE YOU, SIR!

How DARE you backhand Geannette Jenkins against the wall of the very hall of The Senate on June of 1996! HOW FUCKING DARE YOU! How dare you lay hands on a woman in the hall way of the Senate building, you insufferable, fucking coward! What reason can you possibly give for your continuous, and unfathomable opposition of The 1992 Senate Select Committee on POW/MIA Affairs? Why in the Name of God would you struggle so hard to keep hidden, facts concerning the status of your fellow POW/MIAs? Why, sir? Why would you stand in the way of the healing of the ragged, festering wounds of Vietnam, that STILL plague this country? Why would you throw up every wall in your power to erect between the truth and those families of POW/MIAs that have every right to know it? Why, sir? What is this horrible truth that must never be known?

Could it be that you were indeed never held at "The Hilton"? Could it be that you were indeed transferred to the Gai Lam Military Hospital as soon as the North Vietnamese learned your name? As it is stated in the numerous US Government documents? Could it be that at the time you declared that you were being tortured, and beaten at the infamous Hao Lo (Hanoi Hilton) POW Camp, you were indeed being held at the camp known as "The Plantation"? Perhaps, Phung Van Chung, the Communist Party Chief at the time was speaking the truth when he said you were given "soft treatment", because of your value as a bargaining chip? Perhaps your fellow POWs were telling the truth when they say, you were not EVER tortured, and they were there with you! Could it be, sir that you are ashamed of some part of your military service? Could THAT be the reason you fought so hard to keep it all a secret? The reason that you struggled so hard to prevent ANY of your service record from being declassified?

Do you think that you can keep it hidden forever, sir? And just exactly are you hiding? We the People have a right to know, and, Sir, we will KNOW!

We as a people forgive much, sir! We as a people understand the terror of a POW in a foreign land! But we as a people have grow weary of lies from our President, and more of the same, will earn you no allies, and you will find your supporters fleeing you like rats from a sinking ship! I call on you, sir to do the right thing! Withdraw your blockage to the declassification of ALL information concerning POWs, and MIAs for Vietnam, and Korea! Do this, sir, and you will get a small bit of the respect I once held for you back!

Otherwise, you, sir, are not worthy of my respect! I will fight against you with every fiber of my being! Those POWs and MIAs are my brothers in arms! Whether you accept them as yours, or not!

Of Weed and War

Ryan Fredricks was resting comfortably in his Virginia home on January 17 of this year. He was a little concerned because of a burglary earlier in the week, but he had his .380 automatic pistol, so he could at least defend himself if the perpetrators returned.

At or about 8:00 PM, there was a crash of splintering wood, and his door exploded inwards. Thinking that the burglars had returned Ryan palmed his .380, and fired through the hole that had just been knocked in the lower part of his front door. Unfortunately it wasn't a burglar, it was a S.W.A.T team serving a "No Knock Search Warrant" which the burglary perpetrator had testified to against him.

The perjurer's statement was all it took to get a warrant, and the no knock abuse of Ryan's Fourth Amendment Rights slammed head on into his Second Amendment Rights. The results? Narcotics Detective Jarrod Shivers, 34, husband, and father of 3 children, age 2, 8, and 14 was shot dead at the bottom of the front steps of Ryan's home.

The results of the search? A misdemeanor amount of pot, and not the large growing operation that they were looking for.

Ryan's crime: Growing Japanese Maples, that for reasons good or bad were confused with marijuana plants.

A brave officer, father, and husband lies dead, and a 28-year-old father faces the death penalty for defending himself against what any rational person would consider an armed intrusion into his home. A militaristic invasion in the quest for something that didn't even exist!

One life ended, and at least five changed forever by a war that even it's most ardent supporters concede has no chance in hell of success! A war that ruins lives, causes untold pain to medicinal users, and takes what could be one of the most useful medicinal, and industrial plants out of use, and out of the hands of Americans everywhere! A plant so useful that if someone had told the founding fathers that it would ever be made illegal in this country, they would have called you a liar! A plant that provided the fibers, from which the very paper the Declaration of Independence, and The Constitution of The United States of America was written on, was made! A WAR AGAINST A FUCKING PLANT!!!!

A plant from which the sails, and rigging for "Old Ironsides" was made! A plant, from whose name the word "canvas" was coined! A plant without which no ship would have ever sailed in The United States Navy before the age of steam began! A plant that provided the very thread from which this great country was sewn! BANNED! ILLEGAL!!!

And for what? Because it was interfering with the dreams of DuPont, and Mellon, and Hearst! Because racist pricks were concerned that Nordic American women, might smoke it, and be tempted into sex with African American men! Lest "Ginger Colored Niggers might tempt the flower of white woman hood into the bed of depravity" (words actually spoken in the halls of Congress)!

Just today in my home state of North Carolina, Steve Marlowe was in court to have the charges against him dropped! Felony charges, based on evidence attained with a search warrant acquired on perjured testimony! Testimony that Superior Court Judge Marlene Hyatt stated showed "a reckless disregard for the law" to obtain a search warrant from it's use!

And what was Steve Marlowe's crime? What was the felonious deed that required that the Polk County Sheriff's Department employ perjury to obtain a search warrant to discover? He was growing medicinal marijuana for his wife Jean, who has a serious knee injury, and a liver condition that will only allow marijuana to be used as treatment! This happened in my own back yard!!! These charges were brought by a Sheriff who is facing RAPE CHARGES!!!

Here in Polk County North Carolina! Here in the very buckle of the Bible Belt! An accused rapist arrests a man for providing medicine for his wife!

THINK ABOUT THAT AND TELL ME WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY!!!!!!

George Carlin 1937-2008

The world is less funny today. It's less quirky, less intelligent, less radical, less profane, less a lot of things, that it really, REALLY needs to be!

The reason is because the incredible, irreverent, inimitable George Carlin passed away yesterday from heart failure at the age of 71, after complaining of chest pains.

Mrs Clinton, the very fact that you would bring up that horrible day in June of 1968, when a visionary! A man of incredible strength, and courage! A leader inspired! And at the very summit of grand victory, only to be ripped away, with the cup of healing that he held out, from a nation torn and thirsting for unity, is incomprehensible, reprehensible, and just plain wrong! Wrong on more levels than the remaining years on this planet I pray for, would ever give me time to pronounce!

Then, Mrs Clinton, when your spokesperson Mo Elliethee was called on to comment on this damnable offense, he spoke the following "She was simply referencing her husband in 1992, and Bobby Kennedy in 1968 as historic examples of the nominating process going well into the summer. Any reading into beyond that would be inaccurate.

So, Mrs. Clinton! When called to account for one of your all too frequent gaffs! Your campaign is called on, to once again paint you as the victim!

No "The statement was ill conceived, and unfortunate"

Not even an "Oops!"

Once again, Mrs Clinton, your campaign proceeds to cast you in the role of the courageous heroine! And to pronounce, unashamedly, that you, Madam, have been so sorely and unfairly put upon! The same knee-jerk reaction that we have all come to expect when you are called into question! Repeatedly pronounced when your own statements inconveniently jump up to bite you on the ass!

Then Mrs. Clinton, when even you saw that statement, lacking any scope, or showing even the slightest hint of remorse. You appeared in person, for this moment would demand no less! Before reporters you speak of your, "...regret that if my referencing that moment of trauma for our entire nation-particularly that family-was in any way offensive...".

Mrs. Clinton went on to discuss her "view", and then her"honor"; Virtues that her own actions, and the actions of her campaign show both to be sadly lacking!

And as to "oops!", the lady spoke only of "regrets"! And this, only after vaguely rearranging the very same dismissive statements made by the spokesperson of her campaign! As that she is the victim! As that she, having to justify her own statements, was sorely, and unfairly put upon!

Mrs. Clinton, this nation is sick and sad! This nation is torn and bleeding! The last eight years has seen this nation, and her people suffer much from the current administration. We have been sick and sad before, madam! We have been torn and bleeding before, madam! We have suffered much before, and we do not in any way presume to think that the suffering will end any time soon! But we are strong Mrs. Clinton! And in spite of this administration, or perhaps in a twisted way, because of it, we have ears to hear! We have eyes to see! And we have souls to feel!

We heard your lies concerning your white-knuckled landing under fire in Bosnia, where at the very airport you proclaimed to be under attack, you recieved poetry, and flowers from children!

We heard you swear to abide by the rules of your party by insisting the votes not to be counted in Michigan. Only later, when it suited your own aims, to declare those who follow the rules, that you yourself swore to uphold, to be somehow undemocratic!

We heard you pledge not to even campaign in Florida, then immediately broke that pledge, and to do so anyway! And when the votes were found to favorable to your campaign, you accused those who also swore to stick by those rules to be racists, and misogynists!

We saw you produce Bin Laden's photograph in and anti-Obama ad! Dividing by fear, and using terrorist actions for political gain!

We saw you bow in appeasement to the pundits at Fox News! Gushing over their "fairness", even as they pronounced you a murderer!

We saw you pursue Richard Mellon Scaife for his endorsement! We heard you laughing at your description of what you called his "Deathbed Confession!

We heard you and Geraldine Ferraro, on a nationally syndicated radio show, ambushing Senator Obama with racial attacks!

We heard your husband make the same racial attacks on live television, comparing Senator Obama with Jesse Jackson

We have seen all these things, and more!

Mrs. Clinton, we have seen what happens when we chose our leaders based on fears!

We have heard the steady crunch of the jackboots coming ever closer to steal what little freedom we have left!

We feel the pain of having to go without, while our tax dollars fund that which we neither want, or see any reason for!

We do all these things, madam, yet we forgive you for much!

But when you tear the nearly closed wound of Robert Kennedy's death open a mere two weeks before it happened 40 years ago! When you rip the very soul of this nation apart, so your campaign can dip from the Well of Despair, the briniest brew, and pour it into the ragged gash of your own creation, and call your actions, and the actions of your spokesperson a healing balm, when its nothing more than a horrid torture mascaraing as cure!

Thursday May 1, will be the fifth anniversary of President Pork Pie's grand lie, proclaimed on a carrier deck that the war in Iraq was over, and our brave men, and women were heading home. I have neither the time or the bit space to go into all the lies that led up to, or proceeded after that obscene piece of grandstanding that put US Naval Personnel in danger, just so President Pork Pie could look all militaristic for the thirty-odd percent of the country that still believe in his bullshit!

We all watched in amazement as he jumped out of his zippy new fighter jet in his snazzy new flight suit, and pronounced a string of lies so profound that it's kept late-night comedians in material for years! We all sat in slack-jawed amazement at the depth, and breadth of these shameless falsehoods concerning what was done, and what was yet to be done.

But the lies I shall address today date from August 21. 2000. And if this certain speech was not so vile in it's falseness, so ridiculously, and patently the opposite of all that was said, as compared to all that was done, it would be the highest comedy! But for the grim truth of the suffering of our Veterans it would be the stuff of mirth undeniable! But the suffering is real, and these words as hollow as gourds on a mid-winter day! As promised, I will be addressing the plight of our Veterans today, and it will NOT be pretty! Researching this post has been like counting grains of sand in the desert. Every time I think I've seen the very epitome of ignorance and apathy directed towards our brothers, and sisters in arms, I find something else that sends me staring at the computer screen in slack-jawed amazement, or howling in furious rage.

I'm not even going to attempt to post links! Cherry pick from one horror story to the next? It would take me years just to edit it!!!! "Google" "PTSD, Brain Injured Veterans, Homeless Veterans, Burning Sperm Syndrome, Gulf War Disease, Depleted Uranium, Clorodane. and Agent Orange" WALK WHERE I'VE WALKED FOR THE LAST MONTH AND A HALF!!!! I've been straight to Hell's asshole and back! I've experienced things that made me proud! I've experienced things that made me weep! I've neglected my emails, so I would have more time to work on this journey, so if you've tried to contact me, and I haven't gotten back to you, I'm sorry. I'll start working on those emails as soon as I can!

As Mark Twain so aptly put it in his book "Puddin-Head Wilson": "There are three kinds of lies, lies, damned lies, and statistics". There won't be a hell of a lot of statistics here. Why? Simple! The numbers are already known! Why repeat them!! 200,000 homeless veterans? Everybody should know by now, and The Rethuglicans could give a fuck! 50,000 homeless veterans in California? Old news! 33,000 in Los Angeles alone? Ditto! What we will address here is, just what the fuck is our government doing about it? Answer? NOTHING!!! That's right! Zip, zero, nada, el squato, not-a-damn-thing! When I read about veterans suffering from "Burning Sperm Syndrome", "Gulf War Disease", and other maladies that are so obviously linked to Depleted Uranium weapons used in Iraq, and the VA turning them away for lack of funding, or just plain apathy, it makes me want to ride my old 47 Indian Bonneville Chief right across the floor of The Senate, and stick a size-ten-steel-toed-boot right up Dick Cheney's ass just to see if that smirk on his face changes!

While President Pork Pie stands with crocodile tears in his eyes weeping about how the soldiers in Iraq "Want to finish the job.", The Veteran's Administration is keeping our wounded men and women from registering to vote!!! That's right! Those who have given their limbs, their minds, and themselves, to defend our rights, are having theirs taken away! Why? Simple!! Troop morale is at an all time low! "Stop Loss" has turned a four-year enlistment into an endless nightmare!

And if that wasn't enough, Bush and his Rethuglican ass-sniffers, (That means YOU, McCain!), has rejected out-of-hand a new "GI Bill", because it would tempt US Service Personnel into not reenlisting! God forbid that a veteran be given the chance to go to school, and, learn a trade that did not involve wearing the same clothes as everybody else, and killing whoever the Government says is "The Enemy" this week!

Of course if recruiting was at the all time high President Pork Pie said it was in his latest hound-eyed lie-fest, then these "Stop Loss" scenarios would be unneeded! Of course Bush telling lies is like a dog eating shit! It's so much to be expected that hardly anyone takes notice of it any more!

We as Americans have a sacred duty to those who have volunteered to give their all for this country, and to the widows, widowers, and orphans of our honored dead! No need should go unmet! No door should be closed! And no problem go unsolved by this nation! It is something that should be gladly given, and given with unending gratitude! It is not only owed, but bought at the greatest price!

Fuck the Government bean-counters!

We can't hear you! La la la la la!"

Look, "Boner"! I've got a better idea! Why don't you and the rest of the fuck-sticks in Congress that think AT&T, and Verizon should be given Ex post facto protection from prosecution and/or lawsuits for conspiring with President Pork Pie to break the law, JUST KEEP FUCKIN' WALKING! Let's start at the point when on the same day you were told that Mike McConnell came to you on August, and told you that he had some new information, but you didn't know what it was. Then the very next day, The White House states through Dana Perino that McConnell told you that the new information might cause the intelligence community to change it's assessments of Iran's nuclear program, and you still kept up the hawkish rhetoric, knowing the whole time it was patently false!

Your reasoning for the lie? "Nobody told me"!!!!!!!!!

Before we get into this any further, I just want to say a quick thank you to Los Angeles Times Photographer Luis Sinco. Thank God for you sir, and thank God for EVERY journalist, who stands up for what is right, no matter what "The Rules" say. If there were more more Luis Sincos in this world, then maybe, just maybe there would be fewer Blake Millers!

You took it upon yourself to reach out to a soul drowning in despair and pulled him, if not to shore, at least to the shallows.

Of all the people that had the power to help when your wife called you with those fateful words, "Your boy is on TV. He has PTSD. They kicked him out the Marines." You stood, and leaped into the fray like a true warrior. You picked Blake Miller up, threw him across your shoulders, and you carried him to the LZ. You would not leave him wounded and forgotten. Of all those who had the power to help, only you did!

No one in the hallowed halls of Congress would help! Better that Haliburton, and Blackwater should be obscenely funded than funds be alloted for our damaged soldiers be treated! Oh they listened politely enough, or sent aides to inform this wounded warrior they didn't have time to meet, but no one would take up his cause!

PTSD is a scarey thing! To be avoided at all costs! Thank him for his service. Hang some pretty medals on him for the "Photo Op", and kick him out the door!

How much better it is, to put our wounded in some vermin-ridden room in "Walter Reed" where "We the People" won't have to see what the REAL price of President Pork Pie's misadventure REALLY is! And for God's sake don't let the High School kids see them before the youthfull cannon fodder turn up at the recruiters office! But Blake Miller wasn't even to get that much!

To the Marine Corps, Miller was damaged goods. Easier to boot him out on a "Medical Under Honorable" than to make any attempt to fix what had been done to this young man's mind and soul, in the service of this country! SOOOO much easier to send him home with a $2500.00 a month disability check, as a band-aid for his bullet wound, and wait for the bottle to finish what the battle had started! A sad, sad story that would be repeated many times in many different towns in this country when one third of the bravest, and best, come home broken and bleeding from wounds nobody can see! Trapped by horrors in their own minds that all the whisky ever distilled, and all the drugs ever made will never erase!

Now, as we speak the Veterans Administration is trying to weasle out of the promises made to our soldiers! They're actually stating in open court that Veterans have no right to medical care, and furthermore have no right to expect any!!!!!

An attorney for The Veteran's Administration stated "The scope of VA's mandate only reaches only 'to the extent and in the amount provided in advance in appropriations Acts for these purposes' [and] creates no such expectations [that veterans are entitled to care]."!!

That's right kids! Your recruiters are all lying out their asses! Believe it!!!!

War is a terrible thing, and it's NEVER to be entered in the slack-assed, "Sic 'em, boys" fashion that President Pork Pie has! Based on lies and scraps of questionable intell we will pay the price for this war with our broken and damaged youth! Young people with thousand yard stares, and spirits shattered by experiences most of you can't even imagine!

And now The VA wants to cut them adrift to sink in a sea of despair. They deserve better!

Today I got an email from Montana Freeman. It was bad news. Robin Prosser, fellow medical marijuana activist, concert pianist, and brave soldier for over a quarter century against the agonizing pain of an immunosuppressive disease that cause her body to attack itself, finally gave up the fight.

Denied the medicine that would have treated her condition by the DEA whose Rocky Mountain Field Agent stated that the heartless act of seizing her medicine was "protecting people from their own state laws"! Until broken and racked by pain, she took her own life on October 18, 2007. (A day that truly deserves to live in infamy!). She was fifty years old at the time of her death.

In the last blog I ended with a quote from Samuel Adams that rings truer today than it did when Former President Adams spoke it over two hundred years ago! It should be put at the bottom of EVERY letter to EVERY Congressional Representative, and Senator sent!

The Religious Right isn't the only side that can drag up "The Founding Fathers" to throw weight to the argument! Only in our case it's THE TRUTH!!! Not some cooked up bullshit like the statement about all the "pastors" signing the "Declaration of Independence", when there was but one!

The fight for Medical Marijuana is not a new one for me. I've been fighting for it since my mother died of cancer in 1987. Seventy five percent of The American Public stands beside me on this issue, but the "Rethuglicans", and their strange ideology that declares them to be the moral compass of the nation, stand in the way of ANY sort of laws to protect the sick and dying from the jack-booted Brownshirts of The DEA!

It's WAY past time to bring this out in the open! MPP, NORML, and other organizations are doing one hell of a job of it, but they need more support from the American People! It's time to make medical marijuana a hot-button issue in this election, and to make sure the candidates know the American People are behind us on this! Drag out the facts, and let the SEE what is happening!

I call on EVERYBODY who goes to a political rally where John McCain is speaking, to make signs that say: "Robin Prosser. 1957-2007. Medical Marijuana Patient killed by DEA actions!"

McCain says he's never heard of an instance where a medical marijuana patient has been harmed in any way by The DEA! STICK ROBIN'S NAME IN HIS FACE!!!! LET HIS BULLSHIT BITE HIM ON THE ASS!!!!!

I can't think of a better way to start this post than with the words of Justice Douglas. If we were ever in the twilight it's now!

President Pork Pie is aspiring to what can only be termed as the powers of a kingship! Seeking to go delving into any body's private matters with no judicial oversight, or for that matter any over sight of any kind! And now we are informed that these powers he seeks were not the result of 9/11 as even the most angry of his denouncers have accepted, but were in truth in the works months before! Even "The Patriot Act" was in the works long before 9/11 was even an issue!

The fact that 9/11 was known about in the planning stages by the government long before the first plane flew is a subject that has been proven. I will not go into it here. There are reams of conspiracy theories on the web concerning the World Trade Center. So many in fact that the water is so muddy now that we may never find the truth about who did what, and when. In fact, I seriously doubt that even if the truth was produced with incontrovertible evidence to support the facts, nobody would believe it! Disinformation, wild speculation hyperbole, and conjecture has done more to hide the truth than any shadowy government agency ever could! Whatever happened on 9/11/2001 happened! We cannot go back and fix it now! Nothing will bring back those 3000 souls. No act can ever undo the horror of that day.

Freedon however is being steadily gnawed away by President Pork Pie, and Darth Cheney! it isn't because of 9/11 that our civil rights are in peril! They've been eaten away by "The War on Drugs" for decades! Every time I hear some Brownshirt wannabee whining about how they need "more tools against the drug dealers" I want to PUKE!!!

Now don't get me wrong! I don't hate police officers! We couldn't sleep safe in our beds without them! It isn't the fault of the police! They have a shit job to do, and I wouldn't have it for all the gold in the country! I can understand their frustration! They've been given the job of bailing out the ocean with a bucket, and handed shit from every corner when they find that they can't do it! No wonder they go snakeshit every once in a while! You would to if you had to do what they do! It isn't the police that I'm pissed off about! It's the drug laws themselves! It's the ridiculous notion that we can fight a war against a concept, or a state of being! The police have the unenviable task of being the face of that law! Why the fuck is it completely legal to go to a grocery store, and score the hooch of your chosing (if you're 21), yet it's illegal to smoke a joint?

Every day muderers, theives, and rapists are turned out onto the streets to make more room in the prison system for people who have done nothing worse than cop a buzz, or help somebody else cop one! America has more people in prison per capita, than any other country in the world!

Every day children come to fear and hate police officers that children used to look up to because Mom and Dad burn a joint once in a while! D.A.R.E. has become one of the biggest joke in the nation! ("Hey dad! Guess what happened today in school today? Ten cops came and taught us how to make a bong!!!") Resource officers give the kids a great leg up on how to avoid the cops, and hide their stash!

The Patriot Act is just another brick in a grim and monstrous wall between the American People and the Constitution. It's a job started by "The War on Drugs" and getting a huge boost by "The War on Terror", and nobody seems to get it! As long as there's something as misguided as "The War on Drugs", WE DON"T HAVE ANY RIGHTS!! When the police can come and kick your door down because you smoke a green weed, WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOUR RIGHTS!!!

Right now, as we speak, terminally ill people are being denied the only substance that gives them any relief, because the DEA says "It sends the wrong message to the children" If this country has slid so far backwards that the sick and dying are left to die in agony because of an ideology that even it's most strident supporters admit has not one chance in hell of succeeding, then there is no wronger message that can be sent! If you can't keep drugs out of the prisons, then how the fuck can you keep them out of the schools!

And for the anti marijauna, anti hemp crowd out there that's scared that hemp will replace the pulpwood chipper, oil well, and cotton field as the source of fiber, plastic, and paper in this country, I will leave you with the words of Samuel Adams:

Help!! We're Being Fucked By an Elephant!!!!

Well! Yesterday, we all got a chance to see the new logo for the Republican Party Convention. It's a blue elephant with stars for eyes, and racing stripes, (no shit, people! RACING STRIPES!!!), standing on it's hind legs, with it's trunk raised.

Having been a carny at one time in my long ride on this spinning ball of mud, I happen to know that the only time an elephant stands on it's hind legs is when it's having sex, and even then, it's the male elephant that does the two legged two step.

The message here is clear, "We're gonna fuck ya blue! We're gonna fuck ya FAST! Were gonna fuck ya deep! And we got stars in our eyes!"

Now if any doubt as to who's going to get the big dick, let's take a look at the hearings held by The Senate Democratic Policy Committee in Washington last Friday, (just in time for the Friday news dump). The hearings were entitled "the Mistreatment of Iraq Contracting Whistle blowers". One of the more disturbing findings of this committee was that for every six dollars that went to the contractors in Iraq one was pinched! Pinched to the tune of TEN BILLION DOLLARS!!! It seems like this should be a newsworthy item, but like so many others, (inconvenient to President Pork Pie, and Darth Cheney), it was under-reported at best, or totally ignored by the MSM!

Oh and it just gets worse from here! It seems that Navy Veteran Donald Vance, (while working for contractor "The Shield Group Security Company") noticed that The Shield Group had a handy bit of enterprise going on! Seems like they were selling assault rifles, pistols, rocket launchers, and land mines to Iraqi insurgents, US military personnel, State Department personnel, and personnel from The Iraqi Embassy, and Ministry! Shield Group was "Weapons Are Us" of Baghdad!!!

Mr. Vance took a great deal of exception to this practice, and reported it to an FBI agent, while on a trip back home to Chicago. The agent set up a reporting system for Vance, and he weekly reported through emails, and telephone to the agent describing the illegal activities he had witnessed until he became increasingly uncomfortable at the facility, and resigned. His documentation was taken by the company, and he and a Mr. Ertyl contacted the Us Embassy, and a military rescue team rushed to the rescue on April 15. Did he get a pat on the back with a hail and hearty "Well done?" NO!!!!! Right before dawn on April 16, 2006 he was awoken, his wrists zip-tied, and made to wear goggles with duct tape over the lenses. He was then taken to Camp Cropper, and thrown into a cell in the infamous "Compound 5" where Saddam Husein had been held.

What followed was 97 days of intense questioning, sleep deprivation, and physical, and psychological torture! It wasn't until he was finally allowed to contact his fiance, and the story started to see the light of day that Vance, (and fellow American detainee Nathan Ertyl) were released. Ertyl had been declared, "An innocent civilian" on May 7 by the Camp Board, yet it was eighteen days before he was released.

Vance however would remain interred until July 20. This is how whistle blowers are treated by the US Military Tribunals that still say they are not a criminal court, so representation by an attorney is not allowed. Whistle blowers get this kind of treatment, but Blackwater, darling of the radical right-wing element in the United States gets Carde Blanche to do whatever they want, to whoever they want.

It's time for some shit to change, and we can't wait until the next election to change it! I just wrote every Congressman, and Senator in my district about this, and I suggest everybody that reads this do the same! Let 'em know we're pissed! Let 'em know we put 'em in there, and we will turn them out if they don't start doing the right thing!

Otherwise, I'd suggest a BIG jar of Vaseline!

How Running Through The ORCHARD With A BENT SPEAR and an EMPTY QUIVER Can Put You In CHECKMATE at the PINNACLE

HOLY SHIT!!!! THREE POST IN A MONTH!!!! It must be some kind of a miracle! Well it's not! I know I've not been around for a while, and now I will make an account of myself!

I've just been covered up with "Honey do" projects by my dear wife, Hazel, and a vast steaming pile of bullshit, and mind fucks from all manner of institutions ranging from, but not limited to, The United States Government, my ISP, and my bank, who I have suddenly discovered, no longer have the ability to count money, do simple arithmetic, or even read a calendar!

These things have lead to long sessions of wood-chopping, and home improvement projects which I've found to be a great mental enema. The results have been, enough firewood for this winter, and half of the next, and what started out to be a simple entertainment wall is now eight feet high, thirty feet long, and contains a computer work-station, two windows, and two fifty-five gallon aquariums, two huge stereo speakers, with attached stereo, television, video game consoles, video game, CD, and DVD library, along with several massive book cases, big enough to hold all the books I have, (as well as all the ones I wish I had!), and "nick nack" shelves for my wife that will handily hold all the "nick nacks" in Saluda, and probably all of Polk County!

Because of these endeavors, (and the use of a certain controlled substance), the local newspaper did not contain the phrases "crazed hippy" or "dead bankers" in the headlines!

Neither was expensive ammunition wasted on those who are hardly worth the expense! I learned a long time ago that God's ability to create assholes will never be overcome by Man's ability to manufacture ammunition! I know it sucks, but that's life, and I've learned to deal with it!

Now! To the meat of the matter!

Frequent reader and commenter Wilma Lamb mentioned the peculiar flight of six AGM-129 Advanced Cruise Missiles armed with W-80-1 nuclear warheads went for an unscheduled trip from Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota to Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana on August 30 2007.

The Washington Post article that came out on September 23 2007 about this strange flight, made a lame attempt to explain away the rather grim fact that the entire American nuclear command and control system suddenly fucked up in an alarming manner, by reporting that the whole sad scenario resulted from "security failures at multiple levels". That cover story is utter and complete BULLSHIT!!!

I know a little about the way the US Military moves and stores nuclear armaments, and on it's WORST day it could NEVER happen! Nope! Not now, not EVER!!!! There are just too many controls, and checks in place to allow it! The movement of ANY nuclear device is so safe-guarded that if someone actually did screw up so badly that one was removed from its storage place, the Armament Officer (who lists by weight any and all ordinance being loaded/unloaded onto, or off of ANY aircraft assigned to the base), would have caught it, unless he had EXPRESS orders not to! No way Jose!!! There's no way in Hell!!!

What the BENT SPEAR story in The Washington Times probably was was an attempt, (alibied a very bad one), at damage control for The Bush Administration, and like all attempts at damage control by The Bush Administration, it just doesn't pass the sniff test!

What really happened (according to military sources), was that a revolt and push back by various echelons of The United States Air Force, and intelligence agencies prevented an attack on Iran with nuclear, and conventional ordinance! And worse still, Military sources have further informed Wayne Madsen, (of the Wane Madsen Report), that one of those nukes was, and maybe still is MISSING!!!! That's right people! An honest-to-God lose nuke, and NOBODY knew shit about where it was, or where was going! And worse yet, it could still be missing! Nobody knows, and if they do, nobody's saying! If that's the case, then we've shot right past BENT SPEAR, and flown into EMPTY QUIVER, special classification PINNACLE!!! That would bring about all manner of activity on the part of the military. So far, nothing! No stand down orders. Now leave suspensions. No lock downs. Nothing!

This Advanced Cruise Missile with it's attached W-80-1 nuclear warhead is one seriously NASTY piece of ordinance! Think of all the false flag/black bag scenarios that could play out with THAT little piece of plunder in play! Ya scared yet? Oh it gets worse, people! MUCH WORSE!!!

In a new Newsweek article, Vice President Cheney's out going Middle East Advisor, David Wormser told a small group of advisers that Darth Cheney had been working with Israel to get them to launch an air strike on Iran's nuclear facilities at Nantz. Darth Cheney figured that the resulting retaliatory Iranian action would give The United States the perfect excuse to launch an air strike with nuclear, and conventional ordinance on Iran. However it seems that the plans got changed and Israel instead attacked a supposed Syrian/Iranian/North Korean nuclear facility in Northern Syria.

This attack was scheduled to happen on September 6 to coincide with the Israeli attack on Syria. Unfortunately for Darth Cheney, and the Neocons, wiser heads prevailed, and the B-52 and it's cargo of Advanced Cruise Missiles stayed in Barksdale, and the elaborate cover story was concocted when the press was informed of the plane's presence and it's cargo! Since Barksdale is in fact the main depot, and launching point for US assets to The Middle East, the planes presence there gives credence to this story!

Further information states that that same B-52 bomber was definitely connected with The Pentagon's highly classified OPERATION CHECKMATE which is a compartmented US Air Force program, working on a plan of attack on Iran since June of 2007 after OPERATION BITE failed to get off the ground in April. Oddly enough that was when Darth Cheney was working on the US/Israeli joint force attack.

I will have more on this story as soon as I finish fact checking everything.

Dollars and Sense

Yea, I know! The tittle is a cornball pun that's so worn out it's pathetic! When Moses was young, it was old! The only reason I drug this tired old saw out, dusted it off, filed it sharp, oiled it up, and sent it singing at President Pork Pie, is that I couldn't come up with any better tittle for this post! Nothing else fit so well!!!! So save your slings and arrows until you read it!

According to the best low-ball estimate, By Joseph Stiglitz, (Nobel Prize winner in economics), President Pork Pie has blown the shit out of a trillion dollars in Iraq. That's ONE TRILLION!!!!

His moderate estimate is TWO TRILLION!!!!

Lets just take a minute here and find out just how many a trillion is! Let's say you have a trillion dollar bills, and you want to count them. You take a seat and if I were you, I would get a real comfortable one, too, because it's going to take you over 31,709 years to get the job done, if you count one dollar per second! That's thirty one thousand, seven hundred, and nine years! THAT'S THREE TIMES THE AGE OF CIVILIZATION!!!!! If you did have one trillion dollar bills, you'd never know, and neither would any future member of you family! It's a number so vast, that primitive mathematics could only deal with it in the abstract! Nobody has ever counted to one trillion, and nobody ever will!

Had the ancient Babylonians started counting when the first settlements of Mesopotamia were founded, they would be less that a third of the way to a trillion, yet President Pork Pie has blown that much money there since 2003!!!!!!! THAT'S A SHITLOAD OF BREAD!!!!!

And Afghanistan is a whole 'nother deal!!! Were just talking about Iraq!!!

That means a whole trillion dollars for Haliburton, (who just moved off-shore so they're untouchable by US law!), and all Bush's buddies in the defence, and oil industry! Who have repeatedly (and with The Bush Administration's blessings), put the bottom line above the bottom ends of our troops, and mumble quietly about the "brave sacrifices" when those same bottom-ends get blown off, by IEDs and RPGs that have been in use in that area for the last fifty years, yet our troops were completely caught by surprise, and unequipped, when they began to be employed against them!! WHY???!!!

A trillion dollars has been spent, but our troops drink unsafe water, and eat substandard food!!! WHY???!!!

A trillion dollars has been spent, but our wounded troops are housed in filthy, vermin-ridden hospitals that look like something out of a third-world horror story! RIGHT HERE IN THE UNITED STATES!!! WHY???!!!!

A trillion dollars has been spent, yet soldiers with the early symptoms of PTSD are frequently given a General Discharge for "Unacceptable personality issues"! Because if a soldier is diagnosed with PTSD, then that soldier must be treated for that condition, and if found to be disabled by it, be given full disability payments!! So they just boot them out for "personality issues", and have to give them nothing!! WHY??!!

A trillion dollars! More money than any one person could spend in a lifetime in Los Vegas! Bush has squandered it to bring suffering to American soldiers and their families, and to saddle an over-taxed and already heavily laden military with an utterly impossible job, in an utterly inhospitable place!

I can think of no better example of what happens when they, who have no sense get their hands on dollars!!! The problem is, those dollars are OURS!!!!!

Even worse, these senseless actions are done IN OUR NAME!!!! WHY???!!!!!

Another Open Letter to President Pork Pie

Mr. President,

Today finds us a wiser, and more enlightened people than yesterday! Yesterday some of the American People had an odd idea that you might actually be bringing some of our troops home. They actually thought that you might have learned from your mistakes, and would finally return our soldiers to their friends and families. Now we know it is all just another load of steaming BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!

In the upcoming book by Robert Draper entitled "Dead Certain" you told the author' "I'm playing for October-November to get us in a position where the presidential candidates will be comfortable about sustaining a presence."

Yet yesterday you stood in front of our troops sweating in the hot Iraqi sun at your gratutous photo op at Al-Asad Air Base, you stated, "They (General Petraeus, and Ambasador Crocker) tell me if the kind of success we are now seeing continues, it will be be possible to maintain the same level of security with fewer American forces.".

YOU FAT-FACED FUCK!!!!!! HOW FUCKING DARE YOU!!!! How DARE you stand before our brave troops, and mouth such a reprehencible lie!!!! How dare you "play" with the lives of our best, and bravest! HOW FUCKING DARE YOU!!!!! How dare you tell our over-worked, over deployed, under-paid, and under medicated troops they are going home when you know full well that it's nothing but a fraud to get headlines!!!!

YOU, sir, are a FUCKING LIAR!!!! You have no credibilaty left with The American People concerning Iraq! You have no credability left with The American People concerning ANYTHING!!!!!!

Now we find that you are just "PLAYING"!!!! It's all a big game with you!!!

And to top it all off, you said to the reporters on Air Force One in route to Washington, "If you look at my comments over the last eight months, it's gone from a security situation in the sense that we're either going to get out, and there will be chaos, or, more troops. Now the situation has changed, where I'm able to speculate on the hypothetical."!

HOW THE FUCK DO YOU PULL IT OFF WITH A STRAIGHT FACE!!!!!! Every action you've taken since this invasion began has been "speculation on the hypothetical"!!!

You speculated that Iraq had weapons of mass destrution!! Guess what? WRONG!!!!!

You speculated that Iraq was supporting Al-Quada, even though Al-Quada hated Saddam Hussein, and his regime! Guess what? WRONG!!!!

You speculated that America would be welcomed as heros! And the Iraqi People would be glad to be occupied, and give their oil over with a smile! Guess what? WRONG!!!

You speculated that the war was over, and endangered American lives to land an American fighter jet, on an aircraft carrier, so you could have you photo broadcast with your zippy flight suit across the nation, thinking you won! Guess what!!! WRONG!!!!!

You speculated that there would be no civil war in Iraq! That people who had been at each other's throats for thousands of years would just make up, and skip merrily into the sunset because of your endeavors!! Guess what? WRONG!!!!!

And yet after all these speculations, you have the nerve, the unmitigated gall, to state for the gathered Press Corps: "I want to tell you this about the decision, about my decision about troop levels. Those decisions will be based on calm assessments by our military comanders on the ground. Not a nervous reaction by Washington politicians to poll results in the media."

Tell me, sir! Where are our military comanders? You fire every comander who has the clear vision to see the emporer's nakedness, and couragously to proclaim it as such! How in the corn-fed Hell can you stand there and talk about "our military comanders" when all we have is your hand picked chorus of yes-men as an echo-chamber for all you proclaim! How the Hell can you stand there and pronounce yourself to be anything but a Washington politician?

How dare you marginalize, and dismiss the will of The People, and to question the motivations of those who want to save American soldiers, and America as a country from your blind squandering of American lives, and American capital on this quagmire you've flung this country into, and cut the ropes of all that want to save it! HOW FUCKING DARE YOU!!!!!!

If you, sir, have any love left for this country, then I call on you, sir, to do what so many of your staff have done! RESIGN! Resign, and crawl back to whatever cold, slimey rock in Texas your crawled out from under!

That, or dust off that Army Reserve unform, present yourself at the nearest Army post, and fight YOUR FUCKING WAR, YOUR FUCKING SELF!!!!!

Chasing the 512 KBPS Dream

I started this some time ago to explain where I had been for half the summer, but "President Pork Pie struck with a long line of relentless bullshit that just HAD to be addressed!

I'm posting it now because I figure everybody can use a laugh!

I live in Saluda NC. Google it! See that tiny town in the mountains? I live there! Doesn't look like they have DSL there, does it? Well guess what? THEY DO!!! They have it in downtown Saluda, But TDS, the ONLY telephone system in Saluda doesn't offer DSL to the folks of the fringes, and being the anti-social individual that I am with my long hair, beard, and wide selection of firearms, I live on the fringes with all the rest of the herb-burning, 'shine-cooking, shoot-first-ask- questions-later individuals that give our little community it's character, and scare the shit out of the real estate developers who would love to turn the whole place into a gated community, but know what would would happen if they tried!

Yep! My neighbors consist of the casts of "Deliverance" and "Easy Riders"! We're a wild bunch up here, but our wives, and children love us and we'd really LOVE to get a few of the amenities of modern life like cable TV and DSL Internet. Alas we are denied! Forced to make do with Dish Network, and Dial-up Internet that plugs along at the snail-like pace of 44 KBPS IF (and that's a mighty big if) it decides to stay connected, which it seldom does.

Back in June when Gonzo was pronouncing the wildest of lies to Congress, I went to the Browning Family Computer to connect to the Internet, and post on this very blog to type grand prose concerning Gonzo and all things that make Leno, and Letterman cry out to God, giving thanks for the existence of The Bush Administration, only to be informed that I did not exist! and as such, my attempts to connect to the Internet were being thwarted by TDS in the name of physical matter, and Newtonian matter everywhere!

Instead of praising Sir Isaac, and giving thanks to the Universe for pointing out my wild assumptions of physical existence, I picked up the telephone, and called TDS. I was rewarded with elevator music, interspersed with condescending words of thanks for my patience, which lasted the better part of an hour. And assured the poor sad individual who finally did pick up the line a very warm ear. Alas! Such was not to be! The poor man who answered spoke only Spanish!!!

After I declared his mother to be a summer squash, and his father a casaba Mellon he came to the conclusion that I spoke know Spanish, he put me on hold for more elevator music, and more condescending words of gratitude!

I sat with the phone in my ear, a maniacal grin slowly spreading across my face, while Hazel and "Spaz" scampered about, hiding all the firearms, and sharp implements, and Calvin pumped up the air riffle, and loaded the darts with Thorazine, (Which doesn't work on me any more, but since a free buzz is always a good one, I don't tell anyone!) These proceedings proceeded, until an English speaking person actually answered.

In a calm and measuring manner, (yea RIGHT!) I informed the man that I had paid my Internet account for low these last seven years! I had every right to expect that it would connect me and function in the prescribed manner, allowing me access to the World Wide Web where I could happily cavort as was my due! Seemed like a good idea at the time, but again alas!! Such was not to be!!

It seems that TDS had somehow lost my file! And since they didn't know about me, and since they presume to know everything about every one, I had indeed been found not to exist! And they weren't about to give a non entity an Internet connection because God only knows what said entity would do if it ever got one!

That's when jazzy music, and dancing digits emanated from my television set, promising me a speedy DSL Internet connection through Dish Network from damn-near anywhere! With a 512 KBPS speed that would smoke dial-up's ass, and leave me the roach!

After a rude comment or two concerning TDS's place in the Universe, I hang up of them, and gleefully dialed the digits while Hazel and the boys hung the rubber matting on the wall, and donned protective clothing.

A silken toned salesman informed me for the paultry sum of $199.00 down, and $45.00 a month I could indeed have an honest-to-goodness satellite up-link! Allowing me to download in seconds, what had once taken days! Clawing out my debit card, I made the transaction! After a few buzzes and clicks on the other end, I was informed that my on the twenty-fourth, a number of workmen of questionable breeding would alight at my domicile to hang shit on my roof, drill holes in my house, and run cable from hell to breakfast! The fruit of their endeavors bringing Internet Nirvana, and 512 KBPS!!

"Hey! That's pretty quick!", said I "Today's only the twentieth!".

"No, I mean the Twenty-fourth of July!", said the salesman, "We're waiting on back-ordered equipment!"

Well, since a blazing fast something in less than a month, was a far better thing than the Slug-slow nothing I was getting now, I decided to wait! BIG MISTAKE!!!!

Bright and early on the morning of the twenty-third of July, I got a visit from one of my neighbors. It seemed that he'd found a big green box, and wondered if I might know something about it. After taking a LONG look in the mirror to assure myself that I was still there, we walked down to the spot.

I informed my good neighbor that the big green box he had just found was telephone equipment that connected North Saluda to the rest of the world. And since he had "found" it with a D-6 Caterpillar bulldozer, it's continued function in that capacity was highly unlikely! Dutifully he pulled out his cell phone and called TDS to report the mishap. He handed me the phone to give witness, since the phone company needed confirmation that their equipment had indeed been FUBARed, and it we weren't just imagining it.

I told them it was well and truly fucked, and what the hell did they expect after hiding it behind all the panas grass when they rebuilt it when the State Road crew had wiped it out with a track hoe two years earlier!

Long story short, we had no telephone service until 4:00 PM, when a TDS representative called on the telephone to ask me if the telephone was working. I asked him if the telephone wasn't working, then how the hell were we having this conversation? He said he didn't know (No shit people! He said he didn't know!)

He then asked me why there had been no Internet traffic from my connection for the last month. I told him about my being declared a non-entity by TDS, and as such I could not be trusted to go scampering around Cyberspace, as God only knows what a non-person like myself might do or un-do if I ever got the chance to do so!

"Well we have you connected, and your files are all right here!" he informed me, "I don't know what the problem might have been, but it seems to be fixed now!"

I made several choice comments as to the nature of the problem, since it required the flattening of telephone boxes with large pieces of road building equipment to repair it.

He told me he didn't know, (he didn't know much, this guy!), and TDS would certainly NOT be sending me a refund for the month of non-service!

I told him to tell TDS to take a flying fuck at the moon, and hung up on him! Before I got my hand off the receiver the phone rang again! This time it was Dish Network to tell me that they STILL hadn't gotten the equipment, and could not install what they did not have, and it was going to be another ten to eighteen days before they got to me!

Just for shits' and giggles, and after taking a long look in the mirror to once more assure myself of my existence, I went to the computer, and hit "start". No surprises! I hit "connect to". Once again, everything in order! I hit "TDS" and then "dial". Poof! I was connected!

So I'm back for at least the time being! Since existence is such a fleeting thing, and mine seems to be in some question, I don't know how long I'll be here... or if indeed, I am at all!

SNAFUS, and Other Mind-Fucks!

Well hasn't Blogger been handing me a rich and meaty ration of shit! This makes the third time I've tried to post on this blog, only to see my work disapear into the void!! I haven't been able to log onto ANY comment boards, on ANY Blogger blogs through Firefox, and only now can I get in through my Internet Explorer!

Needless to say, the April 6 invasion didn't happen! Oh don't believe that it won't happen! It just won't happen right now ! Oh President Pork Pie wanted it to happen, it's just that Congress opened up a huge bag of large and angry snakes, and dropped them soundly in his lap!

It seems with Congress trolling for scandals in his administration, and snagging some real whoppers, he found his schedule too full to give the order! (Or at least that's what I heard was the main reason!) With his Head Torturer, and The Keeper of the Books, Gonzales, and Rove getting caught up in this mess with the subpenas and all, he had to back off quick to keep We the People from learning the ugly truth that mast be hidden for our own good! I believe that it may be some time before he even begins to go launching anything at Iran, and I also believe that he knows it!

I also believe that the fact that all the web suddenly went buzzing with this story right after it was sneaked out of Russia, led to Congress' picking this time to throw their big bag of shit down Bush's chimney! It worked! Thank God!!!

OPERATION BITE!!

Alright people here's how it's going to go down! I've spent the last three hours on the phone to all the "contacts" I have, and so far, all I can get is the good ol', "I can neither confirm or deny the in formation discussed.", bullshit. I've learned though long and painful experience that this comment always means the same thing! "It's probably going to happen, but you didn't get it from me!" It basically states that The United States of America, will on April 6 at 0400 hours attack targets within the country of Iran. The objective of this attack will be the ariel bombardment of 20 targets including, but not limited to uranium enrichment facillities, (UEFs), research centers, and laboratories, the degradation of The Iranian Airforce, the sinking of Iranian ships of war in and around the Persian Gulf, and the destruction of certain assets and personel of The Iranian Army.

This bombardment will be accomplished through the assets of the United States Navy which has several aircraft carriers, as well as other assets in the area, as well as assets of The Sixth Fleet currently in The Mediterranean Ocean Bases in numerous area will deploy other US assets to the area in this operation, including Diego Garcia in The Indian Ocean. The base on the island of Diego Garcia is the current home of B52 bombers equipped with standoff missles. Also from the Indian Ocean, cruise missles will be launched from submarines in that area as well as submarines off the coast of The Arabian Peninsula.

The overall objective of this operation aparantly is to destroy Iran's abillity to mount armed resistance. Furthermore the deployment of certain low level tactical nuclear weapons against high-level nuclear targets within Iran.

What's it mean and why?

What it means is Bush got scared! The Democratic leadership of The House of Representatives removed the language from the newly-passed Iraq supplemental appropriations bill only under EXTREME pressure form AIPAC (the right-wing Iraeli lobby) and Iraeli Foreign Minister Tsipi Livni. Bush knows that he might NEVER get another chance to go to Iran and "smite the infedels"!

The "why" is even simpler! Bush MUST pull the sagging Republican poll figures back up! And the Neocons have informed "The Dimpled Darling of The Desperaetly Deluded" that attaking Iran and getting all that lovely oil is the way to do it! The Neocons know that a Democratic-lead administration will be unfriendly to their aims, and if they don't jump Iran soon, Iran won't get jumped! And all that lovely oil will be controlled by the hated Iranians, and Bush's big oil buddies will actually have to pay money for it! Such a scenario is just UNACCEPTABLE!!

How it can all go wrong!

A while back The USSR gave up on trying to out-muscle and out-gun The United States instead they started turning out a very nast little piece of ordinance called "The 3M-82 Moskit anti ship cruise missle" or under it's Nato designation, "The SS-N-22 Sunburn" Needless to say when The USSR found out the hard way what happens when you fight a war you can't win, with money you don't have, they had a shitload of these things lying around. Iran had a shitload of oil exploration and pumping hardware, that Russia desperately needed to access their massive oil reserves. The result is that now Iran has a shitload of these things, and twenty years to learn how to use them! And BELIEVE ME!! THEY GOT GOOD WITH THEM!!!

What's a "sunburn" and what's it do?

A "Sunburn" or "Moskit" is probably the nastiest piece of armament ever devised! You can't dodge it, you can't jam it, and because it flies at MACH 2.1 you can't counter it with Phalanx or any other missle-to-missle defence system! It has TWICE the range of the two French-made "Exocet" missles that nearly blew The USS Stark in half in The Iran-Iraq War!

Sunbrns can cary a 200-kiloton nuclear warhead, or a 750-pound conventional warhead. This missle was designed to defeat the US "Aegis" Radar defence system, which it does quite handily! Even if the newer "Phalanx" point defence system managed to detect the oncoming Sunburn, it would have mere seconds to calculate a fire solution. Add to this the Sunburn's "voilent end maneuvers" designed to outmaneuver any automated missle defence systems, and you have a ship-killer from Hell!

In October of 2001, Iran's Defence Minister Ali Shamkhani visited Moscow, and asked for a demonstration of the Sunburn. The Russians were only too glad to comply!! he was so impressed that he imediately placed an orde for an unknown quantity! Iran has this ordinance! And the scarey thing is we have nothing to counter it with!

What's next?

Good question! Our Army is completely over extended, Our Navy is in danger of serving as the turkies in the god of all turkey shoots, and 3/4 of the world has the ass at us, and the other 1/4 couldn't give a rat's ass one way or another! President Pork Pie's Latin Lark

President Pork Pie has made it back form his whirlwind tour of South and Central America! Now countless slack-jawed Spanish-speaking people are assured that he is indeed the fool that they've all been led to believe that he is!

He even brought along his own translator!! How in the hell did they even find one?!! Being Bush's translator is like being Pete Townshend's guitar tech!!!! No matter how hard you work, the job's never finished!! All you have to do is get a look at this poor long-suffering individual's expression when Bush blurted out "Leave your children behind" in Spanish while spewing out a load of globalization-friendly rhetoric to see just how difficult this poor man's job was!

You'ld think that after John F. Kenedy went to Germany and proudly proclaimed himself to be a jelly doughnut, that Presidents had learned how to speak through translators, and keep the native-tounge "reach out to the people" shit to simple greetings! No such luck!

Where he SHOULD have gone, and tried to reach out at least a symbolic olive branch is Venuzuella! Hugo Chavez has a shitload of oil, and right now he, (and rightly so) is looking at the United States as the bully on the block after his lunch money! I'm not saying Chavez is the greatest thing to happen to Latin America since shade-grown coffee, but if we look at the history of American intervention in the area, we can see that the poor, and Native American people of this country have more than a few reasons to be uneasy! Cuba likewise was glaringly absent from President Pork Pie's travel planner!

It's been a long time since "The Cuban Missle Crisis" and yet we have not tried to establish relations with Cuba. China loans us money, Russia, and Vietnam are now trading partners, and the cold war is way past over! Cuba has been VERY quiet for a VERY long time, yet we have not made any gestures at peace to this country! It's far past time to attempt to normalize relations with Cuba!

About the only thing Nixon did worthwhile during his tenure was to go to China! (We can't count the end of The Vietnam War, because Congress had already cut off funds anyway) Cuba has never born arms against the United States, and yet we treat the whole country like a leper colony, while those who have indeed engaged in open warfare with us are accepted as close allies! It's way past time to pay The Cuban People a visit if to do nothing more than open a dialouge!

I've been hearing a lot of buzz about this for the last two or three months, but about a week ago every body just slammed shut about it! Lately a little bit of info has been trickling out fform the mainstram media about the F.B.I. and other three-lettered govenment entites using The Patriot Act to run rough-shod over We the People's civil rights. Now we take a look at how, and why they are doing it!

There is a federal bureaucracy based in Virgina known as "TIDE", which stands for "Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment". This database is designed to be a storehouse for organisations, and individuals who are a danger to The United States of America. (or so we are led to believe) Who is REALLY in this "datamart"? Well, if you have sent any emails or other corespondance, (including blogs) critical to George W Bush or the present administration, YOU ARE!!!! Along with antiwar organizations, church groups, environmentalists, certain theater companies, Muslims, and Muslim groups, and people opposed to globalization, the death penalty, marijauna laws, and anything else The Bush Administation thinks we simply must have to ensure our happy lives, under his iron rule!

Here's and example of exacly what is going on with these paranoid idiots! For over a year before the Republican National Convention, The NYPD traveled across America, and the world in a covert action to ferret out anyone that might come to New York, and piss up a rainstorm over The Republican's little day in the sun. Included in this list was practicly every progressive voice in the world they could find, whether they seemed dangerous or not! All these many names were put in thousands of reports stamped "NYPD Secret" and given a snug home in a nice neat files at TIDE! So if you are in any way unapreciative of King George the Dim's rule, YOU ARE IN THE FILES!!! Oh! And it just gets worse from here! THESE FILES ARE GROWING!!! In fact they grew from less than 100,00 names to well over 500,000 since 2003! It is from these files that the infamous "No Fly" list is drawn, along with whatever "perp watch" scenario, that ANY law enforcement arm might want to put into play!! Got nothing to hide? I'll send flowers!! YOU'RE OBVIOUSLY DEAD!!!! Live in the United States? Well you've been breaking laws, or done something society frowns on! BELIEVE IT!!! Fear is a good motivator!! If you get somebody scared enough, they will sell out their own mother!! Oh!! Their mother is inocent of any wrong doing? No problem!!! They'll just hold them in a nice dark cell under "Terrorist Watch" guidelines for 23 hours a day, 7 days a week, long enough, and they WILL get a signed confession!! There's a new "buzzword"' that you'll see bouncing around more and more as the 2008 elections get close. It's called "The Barely Contained Terrorist Plot", or as the press is getting ready to start calling it: BCTP. Expest this one to used as much as WMDs

What it REALLY stands for is "Bush's Crusty Toilet Paper"! By merely producing it, he can prove by a preponderance of the evidence, that somewhere, somehow, some shit went on, and he knows about it!! The "Sheople just LOVE initials!! Makes every thing sound all MILITARY, and shit!!!

Well I've spent some time in the military, and I can tell you from painful experience, It's not WHAT you know! It's not WHO you know! It's who you know knows what, and whether they're supposed to know it or not! Sound confusing? Unless you've been there, you have no fucking idea!

It's a total nutwork scenario from day one!!! The military takes the shit you came there with, and gives you new shit to replace the shit they just took! After that they tell you that there's no shit, that you know shit about, and if you give them shit about it, you'll be in deep shit!! Then they dress you up in the same shit every body else there is wearing, and teach you how to walk!!! There ain't no damned way ANY human being is going to go through this shit without losing his shit, and going shit-house crazy! There's a good reason for it too!

The United States Military does one thing, and one thing only! They blow up shit, and kill people for The President of The United States of America! If Bush tells the military to blow up your shit, and kill your ass, then you're pretty well fucked! It's a given that you aren't going to find the most well adjusted individuals out there to volunteer for this gig!

The military pretty much has two choices! There's those who have no choice, and join to get themselves out of some sort of shit they've found themselves stuck in, and then there's those that actually, and intensely WANT to blow shit up, and kill people! The military's job is to turn the first type into the second type! They've gotten pretty good at it too!

Out of the second batch you find some really scarey fuckers!!! Hang a maniacal grin under a thousand-yard-stare, and you've got the last guy you want to see walking around with live ammunition! Bush is definately one of the scarey ones!!!

Given President Pork Pie's only military service was limited to keeping the azure skys of Alabama safe from the dreaded Viet-Cong! And about the ONLY thing positive that ANY body has ever found to say about his military career is that during his watch, Alabama was not attacked from the air! But I believe that he genuinely WANTED to blow shit up and kill people! Dear Old Dad, drug him back for a cushy tour stateside, so he wouldn't get blown up or killed!!

Now he's The President, and he can get other people to do the dying, while he sits back and watches the show!! Nice gig for a nut-job!! The bitch is, that you can only do this for eight years at a time! And then, only if he can convince Congress to let him! Guess what? He did! Now for the hat trick!!

Bush wants to attack Iran so bad he can TASTE IT!!!!! But he needs something to get Congress to LET him! To this end "Bush's Crusty Toilet Paper" has already been deployed! On the VERY day he gave a speach to "The Faux News" faithful, through his Press Secretary Tony Snow, (who was one of "Condi's Boys" before he was one of "The President's Men"), and the MSM!

Already an Iranian Diplomatic Consolate has been raided in Iraq, and the Iranians inside taken captive. "Iveadinnerjacket" isn't the most stable individual out there to be fucking with! He's over in Venuzella at this very minute sitting with Huggo Chavez! That's like The Pope going over to Ozzy Ozborne's house for dinner! There's only one thing to bring these two men together! Bush scares the shit out of them!

The Iraqi Foreign Minister has already requested the diplomats' release, but Bush isn't doing requests this week. That will happen when he has to release all the people that have been snatched off the street without any evidence except that which would damage "National Security" if it were released!!

The press will of course line up to hang breathless on every word of it, and just as quick to consign it to the back-pages when it all turns out to be a wild bunch of delusional inuendo, tied up with a bright ribbon of hyperbole! Never are any of these "BCTP"s discussed for any time in the press, and are quietly, and firmly snatched back into The NSA's magic box when anybody starts asking uncomfortable questions! I still haven't heard from that contact of mine, and the time is now past for getting any meaningful information from that source, so I'll go on with out it. Briefly, here's what's going on:

There is one nuclear powered Enterprise-class aircraft carrier in "The CENTCOM Area of Responsibility" as we speak. This ship is the original "USS Enterprise, (CVN 65)"

Along with the Enterprise, The following US Navy ships are heading to the same area:

Boxer Expiditionary Strike Force, which consists of:

USS Boxer (LHD 4) (Amphibious Assault Dock)
USS Dubuque (LPD 8) (Amphibious Transport Dock)
USS Comstock (LSD 45) (Landing Ship)

The following US Navy Ships are heading directly to the Persian Gulf:

Iwo Jima Expiditionary Strike Force, which consistst of:

USS Iwo Jima Jima (LHD 7)
USS Nashville (LPD 8)
USS Whidbey Island (LSD 41)

Now here's what a "Expitionary Strike Force" is, does, and consists off.

You'll notice these strike forces are made up of three types of ships. First is the Flagship which is a "Wasp Class Amphibious Assault Deck" (LHD). Think of it as a baby aircraft carrier, with a big back door, but don't sell this baby cheap! This so-called "Dock" packs one hell of a punch! It's got two Sea Sparrow Launchers, three 20mm phalanx (CIWS) mounts, and eight .50 caliber machine guns.

Along with the mounted weponry, it caries forty-two CH-46 Sea Knight Helicopters, five AV-88 Harrier Aircraft, and six ASW Helicopters! And when that big back door drops open, 2074 Marines come storming out for a "Semper Fi" party! Ain't no shit folks! This is one bad-ass barge!

Number two of this Tinity of tribulation is the Austin Class Amphibious Transport Dock (LPD). Think of it as the bastard child of an Aircraft Carrier, and a light Destroyer, with the same big back door as the (LHD). It carries The same two Sea Sparrows, along with two Phalanx (CIWS) Mounts, two 25mm MK 38 Guns, and the obligatory eight .50 Caliber Machine Guns

When the back door drops, 840 Marines pop out and hand out the hurt! This is a LANDING ship!

Last but not least, we have the Whidbey Island Class Amphibious Transport Dock. This is a heavily armored ship a little smaller than a (LPD). It carries Two Phalanx (CIWS) Mounts, two 25mm MK 38 Guns, along with six .50 Caliber Machine Guns.

The big back door drops for up to 504 Marines primed for plunder. Aircraft are limited to mostly helicopters like the (LPD)

Ah and it only gets better form here! Along with the Boxer Expitionary Strike Force is a dandy little tin can courtesy of our northern neighbors! It's called The HMCS Ottowa IV (FFH-341), and I WANT ONE!!!!

The Ottawa is a "Canadian Patrol Frigate" and it was concieved, laid and built in Canada. These guys must have great flashes of brilliance while sitting around the stove toking up on BC Bud! THIS THING ROCKS!!!

It's got a steel superstucture with full ballistic protection, redundant propulsion, and electrical systems, a redundant distibuted combat system, survivable combat controll, and intergratred communication center. Add all this to an excelent automated damage controll system, and comprehensive NBC citadel, and we're STILL not done! This thing is completely shock-protected, and designed to withstand the airblast loads from a nuclear device!

As delivered, this ship has the highest rating in anti-submarine warfare in the world! And it's deployed with the Boxer Group, and under US command in Thhe Arabian sea as we speak!

If we look at the capabilities and design intent of the ships listed, we can come to only one conclusion. THIS IS NOT A DRILL!!!! This is not a training exercise of any type! There is not ONE upper echelon officer in The Department of The Navy stupid enough to send two Expiditionary Stike Groups two practicaly the same place where an armed conflict is already under way! THEY JUST DON"T DO IT!!! These ships have a cause of action, and an objective! Since our "Allies" are reaching out to Iran and Syria, we can tentativly cross that scenario off the list.

I can only hope that this deployment means what everybody I know in the military think it does: That these vesels have been sent to begin removing US personel from Iraq! And from all the information I've been able to get, this is the case! I was told about three months ago, if Rummy got the boot, expect to see the redeployment of troop from Iraq by January.

Cheney is strangely silent, and Rove has nothing to say either. They are the last two dyed-in-the-wool- neocons left, and Bush's dad is sending all his old friends to save the family name from further embarrassment, and there is no bigger embarrassment than "Operation Iraqi Liberation"! The war in Iraq HAS to be over if the Repigs stand any chance at all at getting into the White House in 2008! Even then it's iffy! The American people will NOT be sold another war on another front! Bush blew his "Political Capital" just like he blew "Arbusto"

Bush has been handed his ass on a used paper plate, and HE KNOWS IT! Why else would he have given Rummy the boot the day after the election! I knew the House was ours, but even I didn't see the Senate going! Bush couldn't get fly confirmed as a shit eater right now!

It was a nice trick! Send the ships out quietly, with a handy cover story about "Naval Exercises" and the like! Then if the public opinion swung back, he could bring 'em back' and fill them with fresh troops for the slaughter! But we got the House, AND the Senate! This will be a very short trip!

TDS Internet Service and Other Nightmares!

Here on the outskits of the sleepy little town of Saluda North Carolina, I have MANY little mindfucks to make my life interesting (no cable TV, dry county, five miles to the nearest rolling papers)! First and foremost is my ISP, TDS! I (and many others) have been trying to get DSL in Saluda and its outskirts for the last seven years! Back in June a big full-color posting popped up in every email box in Saluda! Let there be rejoicing! There was to be DSL in Saluda! Salivating with delight, I was the first to put in my order, and danced with glee! Ah but such was not to be!

It seems that while DSL was available in the town of Saluda, I lived on the outskirts! A mere 1.5 miles from town! I was on a "remote" line, and as such could not get DSL! Ah well! Shit happens!

Since Saluda got DSL, however, my dial up service has been slow to nonexistant, and has been going downhill ever since! I have TRIED to post on this blog SIX TIMES, only to find that the ISP had disconected while I was typing and the whole post had disapeared into the nether regions!

I have some good stuff that I WILL be posting next week as soon as TDS gets finished fixing this problem! For the last two months I've repeatedly called my local TDS office (Which is some 50 miles away!) Only to get a voice mail with a full box! I actually had to get nasty and report them to my state utility board to get anything done! I can post short stuff like a comment or such, but the long posts which President Pork Pie and crew deserve is denied me! I WILL NOT pull punches on this blog! I WILL NOT be constrained by time or anything else to say what I beleive needs to be said! I haven't lost the will, I haven't had the means! So watch for some serious shit very soon!

President Pork Pie's Busy Week

Well! Hasn't President Pork Pie had a busy time THIS week!

First he takes Tony Blair to the seedy side of life by sharing profanities while dining with the table manners of a cud-chewing goat at the G8 conference! You'ld think that this unfortunate incedent would be enough for The Comander and Theif at the G8, but no! It seems that he had heard that some countries in the world still had a positive attitude towards The United States and it's President, and he was having none of that! He would prove to all and sundry that this country indeed has a madman at the helm, and this was his time to shine!

With a disturbingly leacherous grin on his face, he siezed the German Chancellor by the shoulders, and attempted to give her a massage. The good lady responded to his unwanted attention as if something cold, wet and clammy was trying to crawl into her clothes! I suppose if he was hoping to provide her with a "happy ending" he was shit out of luck! In fact, the only thing he didn't do at the G8 conference was scratch his balls, and pick his nose! And he probably did, but we just didn't get it on tape! (We can all give thanks now, for small miracles!)

After sharing with the world these unseemly escapades, and once again proving to the world at large that no male member of the Bush family can keep his mouth shut or his hands to himself when traveling abroad, Air Force One whisked the Dimpled Darling of the Desperatley Deluded back to Capitol Hill. Ever being one to keep a bad thing rolling, he dusted off his "Veto" stamp and handily made Nancy Reagan cry and disenfranchised 72% of the American People by vetoing a stem cell research bill that would have given hope to millions of suffering Americans! (My own CP afflicted stepson being one of them!)

Of course he wasn't the only Republican to make a total ass of himself this week over stem cell research. Seator Sam Brownback of Kansas produced a poster of an eagle and an egg, and used it to offer an argument which states by it's logic that he is indeed a vaginal orifice. As an encore he produced a child's artwork with lots of Xs and Os, and explained that the figures rendered were human embryos. He goes on to explain that one embryo (with hair and a smiley face no less) represented the one that got adopted. The frowning ones were sad because they were frozen, and one was crying piteously "You're going to kill me?!"

One can understand how a young child could fail to understand that these embryos are microscopic blobs of protoplasm, being held in a suspended animation. We can understand that a child could not and should not be expected to know that embryos in this state have neither hair or faces. However Senator Sam Brownback of Kansas should know better! But then again, what can you expect from a man, who fancies himself a vagina, and proudly goes to go to great lengths to prove it with the use of visual aids on the floor of The United States Senate?!!

Ah yes! It has been a busy week indeed for Bush and Company! But it is only Thursday morning, and three whole days are left! I DO wonder what they'll do next? Maybee kick some puppies, or burn some kittens, or rectally insert firecrackers into a toad.. Oh wait! He already did the toad thing!

I've come to the conclusion that Bush, like Steven King, does indeed have the heart of a small boy! And like Steven King, he probably keeps it in a jar on his desk!

Ms. Ann Coulter recently released a book whose tittle I will not name here! To name the tittle of this book would give it merrit! It does not deserve merrit! I shall give it none here!

In this book Ms. Coulter shrieks in a banshee wail, all sorts of horrible accusations, concerning those American sisters who had their husbands ripped from the loving embraces of their famillies in an act that this country has yet to explain or even fully investigate! To call these attacks "ugly "would be like reffering to a warthog as "mildly unattractive"! These wild accusations are pattently false and can be seen to be so by any human being with an ounce of grey matter! To repeat them here would give them voice. They deserve no voice! I shall give them none here!

This book also contains suggestions that these widows are actually enjoying their husbands deaths, and were named "harpies" by Ms. Coulter! To discuss these suggestions would give them consideration! They deserve no consideration! I shall give them none here!

In fact, I will say no more about Ms. Coulter's book, except to say that those of us that have heard this vile misrepresentation of Womanhood spew her bile on all and sundry know what to expect from her! In this book, they will not be disapointed!

Instead I shall leave you with this parting comment which comes from an orrator and author of incredible, vision, courage and purpose! A man who achieved more relavance in a single half-hour speach, than Ms. Coulter is likely to have in her entire life! A man who any fool such as I who would write and speak to the public, should hold in warm reverence, and worshipful awe: Dr. Martin Luther King!

Oh Shit!!! You're all wondering!!!! Two posts in a month!!!! Must be something alarming!!! Well it is! In fact it's something so alarming that even a jaded and disgusted follower of the Bush Administration such as myself was flabergasted by it!!!

Now! Let's take a look at all the important issues that need addressing in America today:

First and foremost is the War in Iraq, which has turned into a huge boondogle of epic proportions! WE listened to President Pork Pies lies, and WE bought his line of shit hook, line, and sinker! The result is one royal fuck up! We've lost any credabillity we ever had internationally, and evry day finds us deeper and deeper in a quagmire we may never get out of! All because The Great Shrub and his "Coalition of the Drilling" had a hard-on for Suddam Husein that you could hunt with! What do we have to show for it? Hundreds of thousands of Iraqis, and nearly 3000 of our troops lay dead! Tens of thousands of our young soldiers are Physically, mentaly, and emotionaly scarred for life for the glory of Haliburton, and the magisty of Exon Mobile! Unfortunatly, WE are going to have to bring closure to this debacle, and WE are paying for it!

This brings us to issue number two: The ridiculously rising price of motor fuel in America has hard working people suffering and oil companies showing obcenely HUGE profits! All the while smuggly sitting on their golden thrones telling us all to get over it! Of course, fat profits mean fat donations to Republican coffers for Bush and Company, assuring any meningful legislation concerning energy will get shot down in flames!

Speaking of those Republican coffers, Let's discuss the third issue: Members of the Republican lead Senate and House of Representatives are lined up drooling at the trough for sweet deals and soft money form the K Street Consortium! So many "Quid pro quote" deals are handed out to, and from fat cat lobbysts, that it hardly gets reported as news any more! One reason for this is because the media is firmly in the hands of Big Business and has a vested interest in keeping these deals quiet! Sleasy below the board deals, fat no bid contracts for multinational companies that prominent figures in government just happen to own huge blocks of stocks in, and shady shenanigans of all sorts are comitted openly and arogantly by lawmakers who think that We the People are all idiots! It's government "For the money, of the money, and by the money!" and nobody seems to get it!

This brings us to the fourthn issue: The economy! I hate to tell youn this, but the Economy of The United States is in DEEP SHIT!!!!! The G4 index isn't even posted any more, and the US Mint has printing presses running night and day, churning out trillions of dollars to prop up President Pork Pie's house of smoke and mirrors! The figures on Wall Street are nothing more than blatant lies and wishfull thinking! The whole nasty mess ids going to go into a death spiral that will make the Crash of '29 look like a minor inconvenience! I'm talking about the Enron incedent happening 75% of publicly traded companies across the board! Got stocks and bonds? SELL THEM NOW!!!!! BUY GOLD NOW!!!! Look at the price of gold! That's the surest economic test there is! The price of gold has skyrocketted against the dollar! It's the only currency that will have any value at all in America within a few years if we keep going like we're going now! In fact it may already be too late! Want t0o see where we're heading? Look at the USSR in the '90s! That;'s what happens when you fight a war you can't win with money you don't have!

On monday June 5 2006 The united States Senate, lead by The Republican Party began a session in an election year. Of all these pressing issues which could destroy this country what do yow thinkm they chose as their primary agenda for this session? A devisive gay marrige ammenment that had not a snowball's chance of Hell in passing comitee, much less making it onto the Senate floor for a real vote! In fact It couldn't even pass muster to even be debated! Even the pundits had to admit that it was all just slight if hand! A nice little piece of misdirection while the rabbit was placed in the hat! A little bait and switch to push the real issues real Americans are facing every day behind the velvet curtain, allowing the Great Magician and his attendants made their grand exit, while the theater burns down around the audiences ears! Well what a time the government has had this week! A Democrat had his offices raided by the FBI and all the Republicans got pissed about it and DEMANDED that the raided and rounded up materials be returned post haste!!!

Alright people let's review! A DEMOCRAT got busted, and REPUBLICANS got pissed about it and rode to his rescue!!!!!???????!!!!! A REPUBLICAN apointtee ( Attorney General Gonzalas) swore he would QUIT if President Pork Pie got involved!! He stood up AGAINST the Republican anger untill all the FBI agents involved were given leave to finger the good Congessman's belongings to their little heart's content!

Black is white, day is night, and the heartbreak of psoriosis is now something shady characters sell on street corners by the gram! Dogs and cats are living together, and Ossama Bin Laden is the guest of honor at a Jewish wedding which he gladly attends! Suddam Husein has completed his sensitivity classes and is having a lovely time in Kurdistan where he was released after the Iraqi Tribunal decided he wasn't such a bad old fart after all!! That's right, friends and neighbors! Elevator Repairmen! Plying their trade in the Capitol Building itself!!!!! Making loud noises with heavy steel implements!! Swinging on cables, servicing elevators, and eating sanwiches for lunch!! SANDWICHES, I TELL YOU!!!! SANDWICHES!!!! Consumed by union labor in the very seat of Big Money politics!Oh the HORROR!!! THE SHAME!!!

Of course the Washington Police had no choice but to leap shrieking to their feet, lock the whole joint down, don SWAT gear and run wildly about, kicking in doors, and waving a wide selection of firearms at the startled lawmakers and their staffs! So enthusiasticly was the kicking and waving done that a number of the people whose doors were kicked and in whose faces the firearms were waved took quite an offence to it! One would hope that having been the victims of such tactics these lawmakers would give pause before giving Police leave to kick in OUR doors and wave guns in OUR faces, because... Oh... They fixed my Dish Network system! Isn't that great! Now I have over 200 chanels of mindless shit to chose from! Has anyone been watching this shit that is presented as entertainment? This brainless crap filled with barely concious teen-agers acting like they have no sense whatsoever? The stupid soap-opras filled with sex and violence that hold all the church ladies spellbound right before they ran shrieking into the streets to bitch and moan about "South Park"? Let me tell you something! So far "South Park and a few offerins from "Link" and "FSTV" are the only things on TV that don't insult my intelegence or drive me bug-eyed into the street with rage!

And what the fuck is up with all these drug comercials? My God! The side effects are worse than the conditions this shit is supposed to treat! They sell an antacids and tell you that one of the side effects is abdominal pain! THAT"S WHY I"M TAKING THE ANTACID!!!!!! And I'm sure my wife will lose all her glorious memories concerning my 3 hour errection on my third day of anal seepage! Somehow I fail to see how it is helpful to have a rock-hard penis and anal seepage at the same time! It just seems like one would render the other useless! (Unless you ran with a real freaky crowd!) Anybody out there got Dish Network equipment in their house? I feel for ya! Anybody planning to get Dish Network in their house? DON"T!!!!!

Since December, I've had 5 DVRs, and 3 service calls, and my stuff still doesn't work worth a shit! I was told my electrical system was shorted out, and THAT cost me $275.00 to find out my electrical sytem was just fine! I just got off the telephone with the unknowing who blythly led me down a trail strewn with shit and directed my feet to every turd! After being hung up on twice, I informed the lady on the other end I was going to call the local newspaper and invite them to my home to photograph me unloading high caliber firearms into every piece of Dish Network equipment presently sitting in my house doing nothing while I pay $75.00 a month for the privelege of it being here! I live in a small town, and that would be BIG news! They said they were going to give me back $54.99 for all the headaches and trauma, and send out a service technician Sunday. Will keep you posted!

In a manner not inconcistent with the CIA's well-documented bungling, the sniper aims at Scooter libby's head and shoots Karl Rove in the ass! Cheney goes into a total mind-fuck at the sound of the gunfire and the sight of the blood Grinning maniacly and armed with a shot gun loaded with birdshot, he procedes to the Supreme Court in search of lawyers which he has declared to be his prey!

Scooter Libby having noted the attempt on his life, begins telling the truth, and answering all questions addressed to him. Up to and including the presence of six live sheep, a western saddle, and a gallon of baby oil in the Lincoln bedroom whenever Condi Rice comes to visit. Armed Isreali settlers and Palastinian refugees race at eachother from two sides of the city untill they get lost in the pot cloud. Alright folks! I promised something really scary and I will deliver! This is scarier than "President Dan Quale"!

It seems The Comander and Thief signed brand new executive orders that gives him SOLE authority to declare martial law, suspend the Posse Comitatus Act, and suspend habeas corpus! Yep! That's right! George Bush has finally made his grand grab for dictatorial power!

In fact, he actually discussed imposing martial law in the streets of the United States after the 9/11 attacks by the activation of the "national security initiatives" put in place by "Ronnie Ray Gun" back in the '80s

These "national security initiatives" were hatched by Oliver North, and charged FEMA with the administration of executive orders which would allow the suspension of the Coinstitution, establishment of internment camps, implimenting martial law, and turning over the government of The United States over to the President!

How did this sad state of affairs happen? Good question! Let's find some answers; Shall we?

It seems this all started with former FEMA director Louis Guiffrida, who had a great fear of a "national uprising of black millitants"! He came up with a plan to put 21 million African Americans in "relocation camps" He then passed the plan of to John Brinkerhoff who developed the martial law implementation plan following the guide Guiffrida drew up. Ronnie Ray Gun looked it over and liked what he saw. He signed off on it and the initiatives were put into place and forgotten about untill King George the Dim took office.

Enter the Neocons! It seems Brinkerhoff moved on to the infamous Anser Institute for Homeland Security, and following the 9/11 attacks, provided arguments for implimenting "national scurity initiatives" which would allow the implimentation of martial law and the suspension of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878.

Bush used parts of this plan to send US troops into the streets of New Orleans after Katrina as well as allowing FEMA to hire the mersenary Blackwater USA firm to "enforce security"

The Department of Homeland Security has established the "Northern Command for National Deffence. Which is and incredibly wide ranging program that includes not only FEMA, but the Pentagon, the FBI, and the National Security Agency. Executive orders have already been signed by Bush allowing the Northern Command to send troops into American streets, Sieze controll of radio, and television stations and networks and impose martial law in times of "national emergency"!

Make a guess who has SOLE authority to declare what is and is not a "national emergency"? Yep! You nailed it! George W. himself! Oh and you can forget about such petty annoyances as Congresional oversight! He doesn't have to consult of seek the approval of Congress for permision to completly take over the Government of the United States, and assume absolute power!

I've been trying to get a comfirmation from any government agencies about this but all I get is "We can neither confirm or deny" bullshit. Nobody seems to want to talk about it!

It seems that some hate- spewing jerk-off masquerading as a man of God has a brand new trick! HE AND HIS CONGREGATION ARE PROTESTING FUNERALS OF OUR HONERED DEAD!!! That's right folks! This right-wing nut-job is marching around funerals for our fallen soldiers from Bush's little misadventure, waving signs that say things like "Thank God For Dead Soldiers", and "God Hates Fags"! So much for all the stickers and ribbons that say "Support our Troops" next to those fish on all the pundit's trunk lids!

This group from the Westboro Babtist Church in Topeka Kansas is led by the Reverend, (and I use the term losley) Fred Phelps. A 76 year old hate- spewing bigot who has been protesting gay funerals for 15 years.

"Our view of this situation is that God Almighty blew these kids to smithereens and sent them to hell.", This sanctimonious prick told Doug Thompson of "The Capitol Hill Blues" (http://capitolhillblue.com). Think about it!! The House and the Senate all sit down together and pass the Legislative Bong! Of course there must be urinalisis performed regularly to make sure some Puritanistic Repug isn't faking it! C-Span would actually be entertaining for a change and the country would be run by stoners who are a lot more fun than the dry drunks we got now, and I can't think of any way they could fuck things up any worse!

The UN delegates would begin by six deep hits of Hombolt County's finest or BC Bud each, (Thunderfuck could be substituted if it's in season), with an aditional six hits every half hour! The Isrealis and the Kurds would toke down with the Sheites and the Suni's and all become smoking buddies! All thoughts of war and destuction would be discarded in favor of finding a decent Kosher Deli that delivers!

North and South Korea would forget why they had split the country up and go out for barbecue. Chemical weapons would all be forgotten and nobody would need missles except to shoot them off and say"Wow!" at all the pretty sparks!

There would be be plenty of bio-mass to burn after the buds and shade-leaves are plucked to fuel the power plants to power up all those video games and CD players. (After all what's a good buzz without video games and tunes!) And lot's of fine quality hemp for papers and clothing!

We would forget all about silly shit like war and destruction, and everybody would forget what a thermo-nuclear device was ever good for if you can't smoke it, eat it, or make a bong out of it! Once more George Bush got up on stage surrounded by his neocon cheerleaders, and belched out the most pitiful missive to date! Full of tears and drama, he rocked back and forth like a truck stuck in the mud! I can't figure if he was trying to inspire the American people or make us feel bad for doubting him and handing him a less than stellar approval rating.

He sobbed crocodile tears while reading a note from written by a Marine right before that Marine was killed, and spoke piteously about how this brave man will have died in vain if we leave before big oil got their grubby hands on that lovely crude just waiting for someone to steal it!

Cheney looked embarrased by all the drama, and perturbed that he couldn't get a chance to shove his hand up Bush's ass and switch his brain off!

There can be no doubt that this is the neocon's kinder, genteler aproach to John Murtha's statement concerning troop withdrawl since all attemps to smear his military service and question his patriotism blew up in their faces!

It's fairly obvious that Bush thought this laughable attempt at dramma would capture the hearts of America, and send him singing to the top of another pile of "Political Capital". How very sad! It just goes to prove this administration is totaly clueless, and no longern has a speach writer worth a fuck!!

Has Bush managed to give management a bad name as an article on "Alternet says? Oh I don't know! Management never really had such a good name to begin with! It's kind of like giving shit a bad smell!

Let's explore the concept of management! Management is the act of managing something. Bush managed to run five businesses belly up and then managed to climb through the ranks of Texas politics till he got elected Governor of the state! He then managed to fuck Texas up completely! Cutting education and social programs, he managed to rake in great gobs of oil money and campain contributions from those who sought to gut environmental laws and spew toxins in all directions! Texas wasn't realy such a great place to begin with, but 'ol Dim George managed to make it much worse and that is the only good thing he ever did and that is only a positive depending on your opinion of Texas!

First Texas! Then the world!! Somehow with the aid of all his family and his family's friends in high places, he managed to hijack the election of 2000 to net himself the presidency. Then he managed to install a bunch of no-clue goners and pundits to high management positionss. They managed with much fanfare and at great expense to do not a damn thing!! He then managed to get this country in a completely useless war with faulty inteligence that he mismanged at best, and at worse, managed to sell the whole world a line of shit that would give PT Barnum a wet dream!

Here's the moral of the story. Management for the sake of management is a cruel design to manage to get the money and run with it! If the managers in charge of management are managing the managers below them, nobody is manging the manager in charge of management? We can see this in the big Enron debacal. Mangers of the managers in charge of management managed to hoover up great gobs of green and foist the blame on other managers who managed any charges of mismanagement. They managed to mismanage the management of the company so bad that there was nothing left for the employees or stockholders and most of them managed to get away with it!!

Making someone a manager when they have no idea what management is all about is pure mismanagement! Making someone the manager in charge of managers who have no idea what management is all about is mismanagement to the nth degree! Mismanagement will breed more mismanagement among the managers in charge of management and bring the whole thing down on our heads!

Personaly, I think we should manage to get Bush out of office! It won't be easy, but it's something we can manage to do!

He takes the podium in a fit of righteous rage and swears to get to the bottom of this travesty!! Only Repugs will be outing the CIA's business to the press! Any slimey liberals that try itl.... well they just better not try it!! Allas! Such was not to be!

Trent Lott, who actually reads the "Washinton Post" (instead of shaking it wildly with his eyes bulging out)! Clued the good Senator Frist in on the fact that the Post story came right from the Repug meeting! In fact it looked like it was quoted from the minutes if that very same meetings!

Frist no doubt began to cry because he had punked his own party!! There would be no Democratic heads held up before the 35%! There would be no grand investigation of the hated liberals to take the people's attention of the Plame case! There would be no triumphant dragging across the coals of liberal asses! They had met the enemy and it was them!! There had been no Democrats at their little Repug get-together! Only the very flower of concervatism and their staff members!
